I was found wandering around the aqueduct in Phelan. The night e people who found me looked for my owner but no one came for me. The first step in adopting an animal is to fill out the application. All dogs are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, dewormed, and are treated with advantix for fleas and ticks. They are also micro chipped.
