"Hi my name is Butterball. I was rescued from the shelter. I had been hit by a car and had a fractured pelvis. When the doctor checked me out she said I have luxating patellas (which means my knee-caps pop in and out of place, very common in small breed dogs). She also said I do not need surgery as long as I stay at a healthy weight and don't gain anymore. My pelvis is healed up but I still walk a little funny in my hind end. I am supposed to get spayed soon and get my hernia repaired but my blood work showed some abnormalities that means I have to take some special medicine for a while then have more blood work before I can have surgery. It is all very expensive and Tanya is raising money so I can have all these things done and then finally find my forever home. Please help me by donating to my medical bills. I am such a lovely, sweet girl. I really do deserve a chance to have a wonderful life. And I'm so close, I can feel it."

All dogs are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, dewormed, and are treated with advantix for fleas and ticks. They are also micro chipped(transfer of registration to your name is $10.00).
