"Checkers is an absolute love bug. He a little bundle of cuddles and
licks, and all he likes is to give love and be loved in return. He is
a happy dog, with a very friendly temperament and greets everyone he
meets with a wagging tail and a smile. Checkers loves people, and gets
along especially well with children. He hardly ever barks (not even
when the doorbell rings!) and plays well other dogs, though he doesn't
like too much roughhousing due to his calm nature. He's crate trained,
and he doesn't care much for toys, preferring to sleep or relax on the
couch, but he does love rawhides. He will bring so much joy to any
family that he is a part of."

All dogs are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, dewormed, and are treated with advantix for fleas and ticks. They are also micro chipped(transfer of registration to your name is $20.00). With every adoption you will also receive  coupons from PETCO.
